Appearance: A medium deep ruby core with a purple rim.
Nose: Youthful with soft plum, redcurrant and damson aromas which are harmoniously balanced with a gentle cinnamon spice.
Palate: Dry with crisp acidity and soft, elegant tannins. Its red cherry and plum pudding flavours are well balanced with cedar and cinnamon. The alcohol is light and refreshing all the way through to along finish.

About the Vineyard: This wine is produced from grapes grown on the Plumpton Estate, Sussex. It was carefully crafted by students on BSc and foundation degree courses in Wine Production, under guidance from experienced viticulture and winemaking professionals.
