Nose: Young and clean, with fresh and aromatic floral, peach and crisp green apple aromas and a grassy undertone.
Palate: Dry with crisp, refreshing acidity. A ripe green apple and gooseberry fruit flavour dominates the palate with hints of minerality. The 11.0% alcohol is balanced with the fruit and the finish is long and mouth watering.
