Italian Wines
A country of passion, romance, 'law-flouting' and great cars: it's all reflected in Italian wines. Italy produces a great deal of wine, much of it everyday stuff but also some of the very finest. The diversity of regions and indigenous grape varieties within Italian wine is unmatched in the world.
We are delighted to have assembled for your pleasure some superb Italian wines at both ends of the price spectrum. Lamborghini in Umbria, (the superb) Cantina Valpantena, Corteforte-Fumane and Zenato in Veneto, Michele Satta, Barone Ricasoli of Tuscany, Barrua and Terre Brune of Sardinia as well as Planeta of Sicily, to name but a few.
Amarone, Barolo, Valpolicella, Chianti Classico, Pinot Grigio, Soave are names that are synonymous now with great wines and quality, indeed they are very much household names.
