Zinfandel Wines
The Californian grape. Its origins are somewhat unclear but one thing is for sure, the Californians have their name on it. However, is successfully grown in Australia too with some fine examples. Spice, rich soft juicy fruit, usually high in alcohol and whilst dry can have a rich sweet edge to it. A lovely grape variety capeable of superb wines.
