Burgundy Wines
A name that conjours up mystique, honoured wines of renowned quality. From Chablis to Puligny Montrachet and Bourgogne Pinot Noir to the majestic Nuits St Georges and Gevery Chambertin. The wines of Burgundy are entrenched amongst the good and the great.
The main Burgundian estates that we promote are those of Domaine Vauroux, Domaine Manciat-Poncet, Les Temps Perdus, Jean Javiller and Lucien Boillot, producing superb wines from their Chardonnay grapes and Pinot Noir. Superb and elegant Chablis, and Chablis 1er Cru's and all the way up to Santanay, Geverey Chambertin and Nuits St Georges.
Every so often we pick up great wines, at great prices from auction and these would be listed in the Fine Wine Section of France.
In addition we also list some superb white organic Burgundian wines, Javillier Meursault Les Tillets and from the excellent organic estate of Jeandeau we list the Pouilly Fuisse and the Volnay 1er Cru.
