Domaine Fluteau
Domaine Fluteau is now listed as no. 2 in Tom Stevenson's 2006 Wine Report as an up and coming producer. Based in the Aube, this superb little grower makes fresh and elegant wines with plenty of fruit. Their Reserve Brut is made using 100% Pinot Noir and the Rose is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. Interestingly the Domaine Fluteau Rose is made using maceration rather than blending in an additional small quantity of red wine.
These wines offer superb value for money, coupled with quality and rival many Champagnes that are £20 and above. We hope that you enjoy them as much as we do.
