Louis Barthelemy
We have just sampled this and loved it. The nose, the palate, fruit and length of finish. In addition we also felt the the packaging of these fantastic Chamapgnes is a breath of fresh air in Champagne.
The estate of Louis Barthelemy is fast gaining in reputation and we are delighted to have found these wines and be able to list them here. The Brut Amethyste was voted by the Swiss magazine, Journal 24, as being the best Non Vintage Brut Champagne in the world! Some claim but the proof of the pudding is very much in the - drinking!
Their grapes are sourced purley from Grand Cru vineyards around Epernay.
