Domaine Jouard: Brothers Vincent and Francois are 5th generation to run the 11 hectare family domaine. Situated in the heart of the village of Chassagne the domaine is blessed with a fine array of premiers
and grand crus. Aged 1/3 in new oak barrels for 11 months before bottling with only the slightest of filtration.
