David Cowderoy has woked wonders on this estate culminating with his well earned gold.

Grown on north-facing slopes, with a cooler micro-climate which preserves the fresh flavours in this wine. Whole berry pressing to avoid extraction of bitter flavours, this wine is fermeneted and then matured for three months in new French oak. The resultant wine is fresh with citrus hints and notes of tropical fruit and pineapples with a well balanced and creamy finish.

Ready to Drink? Yes but there is enough stuffing for this wine to mature a few more years quite nicely.
