A cracking wine, both to taste and to look at! Great mousse with small bubbles that go on for ever. A lovely yeasty, citrus and apple nose. Medium-weight on the palate with delicious crispness and yeastiness. The finish too is excellent, complex and long.
The blend is 20% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier.
For the time being we are listing their Brut and will hopefully be able to list their vintage and rose Champagnes too, watch this space.
Ready to Drink? Yes but enough stuffing there so as not to worry.
