Tupungato is a special sub-region of the Mendoza vineyards that make the Gougenheim Winery where Susana Balbo is one of the main consultants. Planted at some of the highest altitudes the grapes are subject to huge temperature swings that contribute to their intense ripeness andf firm structure.

100% Malbec, 4-5 months barrel ageing. Intense ruby red in colour, enticing aromas of blackberries, blackcurranrs, cassis and damsons. Extremely soft and rich on the palate with a superb soft velvet like finish.
