Forget about Cloudy Bay, hail Mahi!! From Marlborough, tiny production headed up by the great Brian Bicknell (Seresin & formerly Errazuriz).

Partial oak ferment this wine is stunning. Aromatic but not overtly so, medium to full-bodied in the glass with ripe citrus fruit and good acidity. Elegance, power, flavour, balance and it gets better as you make your way towards the end of the bottle!

Ready to Drink? Yes but this will mature nicely over a couple of years.

Food and Wine Matches: Big prawns cooked simply, clams, some fish and pasta dishes too.

This wine is in extremely small quantities as production is tiny.
