Highly aromatic, displaying lively grapefruit and citrus characters. Medium bodied and intensely varietal in character, dripping with green apple, lime and grapefruit flavours with subtle hints of honey and finishing with a steely, mineral streak.

Some fruit was machine harvested in the cool evening, and pressed with minimal skin contact. A portion of hand picked fruit was destemmed and combined with the other fruit before pressing. Clear juice was fermented at very low temperature with a select yeast strain to retain the fruit’s varietal flavours.

Ideally suited to Asian cuisine, crisp green salads and ‘fusion’ foods. This wine is excellent to whet the appetite before a meal, or to cleanse the palate afterwards
