Straw green. Gooseberry, redcurrant and lemon aromas, full and assertive on the nose and palate. Medium to full bodied with vibrant acidity intertwined with crisp fruits. Finishes with a zesty, long finish.

All the grapes for this wine are hand picked. Vinification, as you would imagine, is state of the art. Stainless steel temperature controlled fermentation tanks, help to preserve the aromas and concentration of the wine. The wine is then cold settled and bottled to preserve as much of the aroma and freshness as possible. For the same reason the wine sees no oak treatment.

Try roast chicken with rosemary-orange butter, sautéed langoustine with Chardonnay reduction or lobster crisps in champagne-dill sauce.
