100% Pinot noir, hand harvested and gently destemmed into the fermemter where they spend upto 20 days during fermentation.

The wine is racked off into French barrels of which 25% are new, 10 months minimum maturation in wood.

Red plum and black cherry marry with subtle oak spice to give layered, complex aromas. An elegant integrated palate with harmonious red plum and cherry notes, minerals and soft tannins with a long finish.

Ready to Drink? Yes delicious once decanted but will mature for a further 3-5 years quite happily.
