A blend of 68% Shiraz, 26% Mourvdre and 6% Grenache. Fruit is grown high up the Paardeberg mountain, on the West Coast, with cooling sea breezes and altitude combining to lengthen the ripening period.

Complex, deep savoury nose is quite old worldy and elegant. The palate is rich, creamy and textured; this wine has fabulous mouthfeel, and that s its real selling point.

Ready to Drink? Yes! Will develop further for 3-5 years, though.
