Intense, dark red colour with a tawny edge.Very attractive, restrained aromas of dark fruits and spices. Full bodied and smooth with soft tannins on the palate leading to toasty notes on the finish.

Ready to Drink? Yes, allow to settle over night and then decant slowly. Will mature further though.

Food and Wine Matches: This wine is a good match for ham and mature cheeses, red meat, poultry, game casseroles such as partridge, rabbit, venison or wild boar, even when prepared in spicy sauces.
